Info: Animal face is a Sativa dominant strain of cannabis which is made up of 80% Sativa genetics and 20% Indica genetics. This was created by Seed Junky Genetics by crossing Face Off OG with Animal Mints. The name of this strain would be a combination of its parents.

This strain is a Sativa dominant strain however many reports the effects of this strain to be more Indica-like. Starting with an uplifting euphoria, which leads into a relaxing full body high that will leave you wanting to just chill out. Consumers use this product for anxiety, pain, and stress.

THC levels on this strain range between 18% and 24% making this a strain to be used with caution if in the mid-20s. As with all higher THC Sativa’s, we suggest starting small until you are known to its effects, as excessive use may cause anxiety or paranoia.

Flowers of this strain are very visually appealing as they are small to medium in size, very dense, and glistening with crystals. This strain boasts an earthy, pine aroma upon cracking the bag. Which then turns to a nutty flavour with minty undertones on the exhale.

Lab Data:

Sample submitted: “Animal Face” dried cannabis flowers.
Visual Inspection: Free from visible contamination and foreign matter.

Activated vs non-activated: activated cannabinoids are non-acidic (neutral) and are the form utilized by the human brain/ body. Activation occurs via heating (smoking, vaporizing, cooking). Cannabinoids in the natural plant are acidic (non-activated) and need to be converted to their neutral form in order to be utilized by the human body. Therefore one would expect fresh cannabis buds to contain mainly non-activated cannabinoids. Processed materials (baked goods, heated extracts) should be higher in the activated forms.

Absent Cannabinoids: if a cannabinoid or terpene is blank, it is not necessarily absent but below the limit of detection by the detector (usually less than 0.01%).

•when reporting totals, acidic cannabinoids are multiplied by 0.877 to account for loss of mass from decarboxylation upon heating (activating)
