Info:  Purple Heart is an Indica dominant strain of cannabis which is made up of 70% Indica genetics and 30% Sativa genetics. This strain was created by crossing Purple Kush and Lionheart strains by an unknown breeder.

The effects of this strain are slowly on -setting and can be very sedative. Many can find themselves very relaxed and lethargic without being tired. This strain is also known by many for its pain relieving effects. This has also been reported to work well for insomnia, appetite issues, migraines, and inflammation.

Potency levels on this strain are traditionally quite high being in the 20+ area ranging between 20% and 25% THC in the highest testing. With THC levels this high we would suggest using this strain with caution by everyone until you are known to its effects and potency. This strain would be best suited for evening use.

Buds on this strain can be quite dense, ranging in colour from breeder to breeder, as this strain can sometimes be very purple. On average this strain is a deep green flower, with small tones of purple, all under a layer of crystals. This strain is also said to be unique in flavor as it is one that is reported to be very bland, and of little taste. The aroma of Purple Heart is also very mild and subtle of fruits and kush.
