Info: Slurricane is an Indica dominant strain of cannabis which is made up of 60% Indica genetics and 40% Sativa genetics. It was created by In House Genetics by crossing Do-Si-Dos with Purple Punch strains. The origins of the name it was given are unknown.

This strain delivers a strong Indica effect even though it is a fairly balance hybrid strain. Starting with a relaxing calm, that then turns into a creeping full body stone. This is a great strain for relaxing a day away if you have nothing else to do, but can also be used to enhance every day tasks. Just don’t sit still for to long as the lethargy may catch up with you.

THC levels on this strain can be very high ranging between 20% – 28% THC making this a very strong strain of cannabis. With those numbers in mind we would suggest using this product with caution until you are known to its effects. Many are using this for stress, depression, and insomnia.

Buds on this strain are large and fluffy in density. Varying in dark colours of greens and purples with a shimmering look from the trichomes. Aromas of this strain are of a pungent earth, wood scent with fruity undertones. These fruity undertones then shine through when combusted as you will receive flavors of creamy fruits and citrus on the exhale.

LAB RESULTS PENDING

Sample submitted: “Slurricane” dried cannabis flowers.
Visual Inspection: Free from visible contamination and foreign matter.

Activated vs non-activated: activated cannabinoids are non-acidic (neutral) and are the form utilized by the human brain/ body. Activation occurs via heating (smoking, vaporizing, cooking). Cannabinoids in the natural plant are acidic (non-activated) and need to be converted to their neutral form in order to be utilized by the human body. Therefore one would expect fresh cannabis buds to contain mainly non-activated cannabinoids. Processed materials (baked goods, heated extracts) should be higher in the activated forms.

Absent Cannabinoids: if a cannabinoid or terpene is blank, it is not necessarily absent but below the limit of detection by the detector (usually less than 0.01%).

•when reporting totals, acidic cannabinoids are multiplied by 0.877 to account for loss of mass from decarboxylation upon heating (activating)
