Info: Jamaican Dream is a nearly pure Sativa strain made up of 90% Sativa genetics and 10% Indica genetics. This strain is believed to have been created from the Jamaican Landrace strains which have been stabilized by Eva Seeds.

This strain is almost a pure Sativa so you will expect nothing less than a quickly on-setting, uplifting high which leaves you filled with energy and euphoria. This strain is best paired for daytime use as you may find yourself hard to put to sleep. Consumers use this product for fatigue, stress, depression and nausea.

THC levels on this strain tend to be a bit below average ranging from 18% to 21% making this a great strain for anyone to enjoy. As with all Sativa we would advise using in small amounts until you are known to the effects as they may cause paranoia or anxiety if used in excess.

Flowers of this strain are typically medium to large in size, elongated and oddly shaped, with many amber pistils which cover the buds. Aromas associated with this strain would be lemon, fruits, and citrus which leads into a piney and sweet aftertaste.

Lab Data:

Sample submitted: “Jamaican Dream” dried cannabis flowers.
Visual Inspection: Free from visible contamination and foreign matter.

Activated vs non-activated: activated cannabinoids are non-acidic (neutral) and are the form utilized by the human brain/ body. Activation occurs via heating (smoking, vaporizing, cooking). Cannabinoids in the natural plant are acidic (non-activated) and need to be converted to their neutral form in order to be utilized by the human body. Therefore one would expect fresh cannabis buds to contain mainly non-activated cannabinoids. Processed materials (baked goods, heated extracts) should be higher in the activated forms.

Absent Cannabinoids: if a cannabinoid or terpene is blank, it is not necessarily absent but below the limit of detection by the detector (usually less than 0.01%).

  • when reporting totals, acidic cannabinoids are multiplied by 0.877 to account for loss of mass from decarboxylation upon heating (activating)
