Info:

Pink Unicorn is a Sativa dominant Hybrid strain which is made up of 70% Sativa genetics and 30% Indica genetics. This strain was bred by Riot Seeds, and was made by crossing Blood Rose with Purple Unicorn. While crossing these strains Pink Unicorn came out with much brighter redder colour which is why it was given the name Pink Unicorn.

This strain is fairly balanced and delivers a mild level headed high, which leaves you energetic and ready to take on any activity. Many are using this strain for help with stress and anxiety with amazing results. Others have also reported this strain to have help with pain and inflammation.

The THC strength of this strain ranges from 15% to 21% THC making this a mild level THC strain to be used by any level of THC consumer. This strain would be best suited for daytime use due to the energetic effects.

Flowers of the Pink Unicorn strain are small to medium in size, tight in density, and typically cone shaped. Colours of this strain would be a deep green, with few amber pistils and a generous layer of trichomes. Upon open this bag you will note hints of citrus, with earthy and skunky undertones. When combusted the flavor turns to a pungent and earthy taste which ends with a citrus aftertaste.

Lab Data:

Sample submitted: “Pink Unicorn” dried cannabis flowers.
Visual Inspection: Free from visible contamination and foreign matter.

Activated vs non-activated: activated cannabinoids are non-acidic (neutral) and are the form utilized by the human brain/ body. Activation occurs via heating (smoking, vaporizing, cooking). Cannabinoids in the natural plant are acidic (non-activated) and need to be converted to their neutral form in order to be utilized by the human body. Therefore one would expect fresh cannabis buds to contain mainly non-activated cannabinoids. Processed materials (baked goods, heated extracts) should be higher in the activated forms.

Absent Cannabinoids: if a cannabinoid or terpene is blank, it is not necessarily absent but below the limit of detection by the detector (usually less than 0.01%).

•when reporting totals, acidic cannabinoids are multiplied by 0.877 to account for loss of mass from decarboxylation upon heating (activating)
