Love Potion produces a very uplifting and energetic buzz, which is often used as an aphrodisiac by consumers. This product has also been reported to work well for stress, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and mild depression. Being 70% sativa, this would be best suited for daytime use, as you may have a hard time relaxing to go to sleep under the influence of this product.
THC levels on this strain are typically lower then average, as they can range from 8 – 18% on average, with select phenotypes reaching levels beyond 20% THC. With this product we would advise using with caution depending on the level of THC, as with any Sativa dominant excess amounts may cause dizziness, paranoia or anxiety.
Buds on this strain tend to be small to medium in size which are very dense, and tightly stacked. This would be very similar to Indica strains for appearance but packs a sativa punch. The color arrangement on this strain ranges from bright to olive green, entangled with orange and brown pistils, which are coated in fine trichomes. Upon breaking and smoking this product you can expect a dank gasoline or diesel flavor to start, with turns to a spicy citrus on the exhale.
Lab Data:
Sample submitted: “Love Potion #1” dried cannabis flowers.
Visual Inspection: Free from visible contamination and foreign matter.
Activated vs non-activated: activated cannabinoids are non-acidic (neutral) and are the form utilized by the human brain/ body. Activation occurs via heating (smoking, vaporizing, cooking). Cannabinoids in the natural plant are acidic (non-activated) and need to be converted to their neutral form in order to be utilized by the human body. Therefore one would expect fresh cannabis buds to contain mainly non-activated cannabinoids. Processed materials (baked goods, heated extracts) should be higher in the activated forms.
Absent Cannabinoids: if a cannabinoid or terpene is blank, it is not necessarily absent but below the limit of detection by the detector (usually less than 0.01%).
•when reporting totals, acidic cannabinoids are multiplied by 0.877 to account for loss of mass from decarboxylation upon heating (activating)
