Info:

Hawaiian Punch is a pure Sativa strain created by Sagarmatha Seeds. This was a Hawaiian Landrace which was stabilized over time by seed banks giving us what we know today as Hawaiian Punch. The name of this strain comes from the location in which it originates, as well as the effects it is known for.

This strain is a pure Sativa strain that delivers a strong uplifting and energetic buzz that has been reported to last for hours. Many people are using this product for fatigue, stress, and depression with great results. These flowers have also been known to help with inflammation in some.

The THC content of the strain ranges from 18% to 25% making it an above-average strain for potency. We would suggest using this product in small amounts until you are familiar. Consumers have even reported anxiety and mild paranoia when using in excess amounts.

Buds of Hawaiian Punch tend to be of medium size which are elongated and chunky which can be a bit of the fluffy side of density. Bursting with colour this strain has many shades of green which are covered by fine orange hairs and a thin layer of trichomes. This strain smells and tastes of pure fruit and citrus unlikely any other strain.

Lab Data:

Sample submitted: “Hawaiian Punch” dried cannabis flowers.
Visual Inspection: Free from visible contamination and foreign matter.

Activated vs non-activated: activated cannabinoids are non-acidic (neutral) and are the form utilized by the human brain/ body. Activation occurs via heating (smoking, vaporizing, cooking). Cannabinoids in the natural plant are acidic (non-activated) and need to be converted to their neutral form in order to be utilized by the human body. Therefore one would expect fresh cannabis buds to contain mainly non-activated cannabinoids. Processed materials (baked goods, heated extracts) should be higher in the activated forms.

Absent Cannabinoids: if a cannabinoid or terpene is blank, it is not necessarily absent but below the limit of detection by the detector (usually less than 0.01%).

•when reporting totals, acidic cannabinoids are multiplied by 0.877 to account for loss of mass from decarboxylation upon heating (activating)

I’ve been smoking weed for more than 30 years, even before that when I was younger, but I stopped for a long time. Let me say that in the 20 plus years I’ve been buying weed, this is by far the best weed I’ve ever bought. The stuff I grow is slightly better, It took me a very long time to learn how to do it right. You guys know what you’re doing.

It smokes so well, nice clean burn, doesn’t sting the lungs. The flavor is just right and it is a very nice and natural high. I bought Hawaiian sativa seeds from Marc Emery in his shop in BC (mail order). I grew two plants a male and a female, ended-up with thousands of seeds. Carried them around with me for years, in my freezer. They were still %100 viable 15 years later. I learned to grow that strain, they tend to get big, like most sativas. I know the plant very well. I know it’s flavor. I can’t grow right now because the landlord wouldn’t like it, even though it is legal. It took me a long time time to learn to grow it and cure it properly, this was highly illegal at the time, but I found it interesting.

I don’t think you guys could do my method because it doesn’t lend itself well to mass production. What I do is I incorporate most of the curing process into the end of the plants life and I play very carefully with moisture content while increasing the darkness period. After I flush the plant thoroughly, I let it dry out and I make the darkness longer and longer (keeping an out out for mold). I add small amounts of water to the soil to keep the plant barely alive for a little longer. This is part of my personal curing process. And when the process is complete, the plants will have died in their pots and very little curing is required after that. What I discovered over the years is that when marijuana plants are stressed by drought, they react by secreting more resin, probably because it protects the plant from moisture loss (self preservation against dehydration).

This is an elaborate process, and you have to watch out for mold, probably not the kind of process that would work well in a big operation. But I can tell you that when I grow it that way, the elevated resin content increases the natural flavor and the potency significantly. I don’t want to seem arrogant, but I have never tasted or smoked better week then when I grow it that way. Your weed is of the highest quality I have ever purchased. I am grateful that you know what you are doing because it is not convenient for me to grow right now and many growers put out a terrible product.

I purchased an once of weed from the government of Quebec dispensary and it was complete garbage. It was so hard, I could barely cut it with scissors and it did not burn, not even with a torch lighter. When I finally got it to burn, it burned my lungs really bad. The high didn’t feel like marijuana to me.

I am grateful for your work and the intelligent way you are doing it. You are doing a fantastic job.

    THANK YOU!
