Info:

Sour Cookies is a Sativa dominant Hybrid strain created by Mamiko Seeds. This strain is made up of 70% Sativa genetics and 30% Indica genetics. This strain was brought to life by crossing Sour Diesel with Girl Scout Cookies strains.

This strain is known for its powerful Sativa effects when used in moderate amounts. Giving way to a euphoric and energetic high which can quickly turn to an Indica couch-lock buzz if used in excess amounts. Many are using this product for stress, anxiety, and aggression with great results.

The psychoactive properties of this strain are quite erratic ranging from as low as 15% up to as high as 28% testing has shown. This strain could be a great choice for mild THC users when THC levels are lower, however, we would advise using caution when this strain is paired with high THC levels.

Flowers of this strain are medium to large in size which are fairly dense in structure. With dark greens bright orange hair and a fine layer of crystals, this strain looks very appealing. Upon opening the bag you will take in aromas of pungent sour and lemon with hints of fuel coming from the diesel parent.

Lab Data:

Sample submitted: “Sour Cookies” dried cannabis flowers.
Visual Inspection: Free from visible contamination and foreign matter.

Activated vs non-activated: activated cannabinoids are non-acidic (neutral) and are the form utilized by the human brain/ body. Activation occurs via heating (smoking, vaporizing, cooking). Cannabinoids in the natural plant are acidic (non-activated) and need to be converted to their neutral form in order to be utilized by the human body. Therefore one would expect fresh cannabis buds to contain mainly non-activated cannabinoids. Processed materials (baked goods, heated extracts) should be higher in the activated forms.

Absent Cannabinoids: if a cannabinoid or terpene is blank, it is not necessarily absent but below the limit of detection by the detector (usually less than 0.01%).

•when reporting totals, acidic cannabinoids are multiplied by 0.877 to account for loss of mass from decarboxylation upon heating (activating)
