Info:

Red Congolese is a rare pure Sativa exotic strain of Cannabis which genetics are made up of 100% Sativa. Red Congo is said to have originated from crossing a Mexican Landrace, Afghani Landrace and Congolese together to make this Exotic strain.

This strain delivers a light and uplifting, energetic buzz which can last for many hours. Consumers report this strain being great for increasing creativity and focus. Many use this strain for chronic fatigue, depression, appetite issues, and anger issues.

Potency levels on this pure Sativa have been tested to range between 18% and 23% making it quite strong. As with all strong Sativa strains we would advise using with caution and in small amounts, as using strong Sativa’s in excess may cause paranoia or anxiety. This strain would be best suited for daytime use, as you may find it had to sleep after consuming.

Flowers of the Red Congo strain are typically medium to large which tend to be elongated in shape. Bud tend to be fairly dense and bursting with color. Many greens, with layers of amber pistils, and a coating of crystal make this strain beautiful to look at. Aroma of this strain has been note to smell of earth, and cheese which turns to a sweet, and spicy flavor when smoking.

Sample submitted: “Red Congolese” dried cannabis flowers.
Visual Inspection: Free from visible contamination and foreign matter.

Cannabis Potency Summary Table:
Three tests of each sample were analysed and summarised below:

•when reporting totals, acidic cannabinoids are multiplied by 0.877 to account for loss of mass from decarboxylation upon heating (activating)

Activated vs non-activated: activated cannabinoids are non-acidic (neutral) and are the form utilized by the human brain/ body. Activation occurs via heating (smoking, vaporizing, cooking). Cannabinoids in the natural plant are acidic (non-activated) and need to be converted to their neutral form in order to be utilized by the human body. Therefore one would expect fresh cannabis buds to contain mainly non-activated cannabinoids. Processed materials (baked goods, heated extracts) should be higher in the activated forms.

Absent Cannabinoids: if a cannabinoid or terpene is blank, it is not necessarily absent but below the limit of detection by the detector (usually less than 0.01%).
